Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals are intact and securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
